The recent availability of commercial platforms for behavioral analyses in zebrafish larvae based on video-tracking technologies has exponentially increased the number studies analyzing different behaviors this model organism to assess neurotoxicity. Among most commonly used assays are basal locomotor activity (BLA) and visual motor responses (VMRs). However, effect intrinsic extrinsic factors that can significantly alter outcome these is still not well understood. In work, we have analyzed influence age (5-8 days post-fertilization), time day (8:00, 10:00, 12:00, 14:00; 16:00, 18:00, 20:00 h), experiment (three experiments performed at days) BLA VMR results (4004 each behavior) 143 larvae. from both were adjusted a random-effects linear regression using generalized least squares (GLSs), including three variables, second-way interactions between them, three-way interaction. presented manuscript show specific all their behaviors, supporting view stable period performing 10:00 am 04:00 pm, with some differences depending larva test.

Green synthesis of silica nanoparticles (SiO2-NPs) from agricultural residues is a promising avenue for cementitious materials application. However, very few studies are dedicated to reviewing the influence mechanisms underlying green methods and governing their effectiveness in property enhancement materials. Our review established that SiO2-NPs include fracturing, polymerization, solubilization, oxidoreductase. The highest purity over 99 % was mainly reported chemical sol-gel synthesis, meanwhile, biggest surface area with mechanical milling up 1441 m2/g rice straw ash. were found enhance matrix through nucleation seeding pozzolanicity. critically discusses other hydration kinetics interfacial transition zone, pore structure, densification optimization. early compressive strength materials, sulfate attack resistance, chloride permeability by 100.6 %, 79 86.2 respectively. Optimum dosages based on compressed improvement varied between 1.0 4.0 %. Existing research seems not address how influencing parameters, such as pH, gelation time, temperature, parameters could be optimized, hence an future research.

Strobilurins, among the most used fungicides worldwide, are considered non-toxic to mammals and birds, but there is growing evidence that these compounds highly toxic aquatic species. Dimoxystrobin has been included in 3rd Watch List of European Commission, it classified as very life. However, previous studies focused on acute toxicity only two reports available its impact fish, none effects during early life stages. Here, we evaluated for first time induced zebrafish embryos larvae by dimoxystrobin sublethal concentrations (6.56 13.13 μg/L) falling range predicted environmental concentrations. We demonstrated short-term exposure may exert adverse multiple targets, inducing severe morphological alterations. Moreover, showed enhanced mRNA levels genes related mitochondrial respiratory chain ATP production. Impairment swim bladder inflation also recorded, which be observed swimming performance
