Background Doxorubicin is an important drug used in the treatment of children with acute leukemia, and cardiotoxicity most serious complication due to its use. The cardiac dysfunction doxorubicin can be acute, early, or late. Echocardiography a non-invasive tool employed detect clinical subclinical plan strategies accordingly.
