The combination of near-infrared (NIR) light-triggered photoluminescence, photothermal conversion, and drug delivery in a single multifunctional nanoplatform has attracted great deal attention. In this work, novel (UCNP/Au@SiO2 NPs) was developed to construct nanocarrier by incorporating Au-doped upconversion nanoparticles (UCNP/Au mesoporous SiO2. our design, UCNP/Au NPs can provide dual photoluminescence conversion. After that, the prepared were further coated with SiO2 shell. UCNP/Au@SiO2 investigated using different characterization methods. As nanoplatform, conversion properties evaluated detail. results showed that had good ability both NIR-I NIR-II regions. Additionally, an effective performance under 808 nm laser excitation. Benefiting from SiO2, proved be for loading controlled release. Overall, study described NIR intelligent delivery, etc.
