Hepatocellular
carcinoma
(HCC)
is
one
of
the
leading
causes
cancer-related
deaths
worldwide
and
a
major
cause
death
in
cirrhosis.
The
prognosis
HCC

mortality
rate
close
to
morbidity
rate.
Once
develops
distant
metastasis,

by
cancer
cells
significantly
enlarged,
there
still
no
effective
treatment
for
HCC.
Therefore,
development
drugs

improve

We
designed
optimised
delivery
system
compound
1,
derived
from
camptothecin
extract,
developing
multifunctional
fluorescent
drug
platform
composed
polylactic
acid
(PLA),
chitosan
(CS),
fluorescein
isothiocyanate
(FITC)
(PLA-CS-FITC).
This
successfully
encapsulated
CP1
forming
PLA-CS-FITC@CP1@1
composite
nanocarrier
dual
functions
real-time
fluorescence
monitoring.

Abstract
Theranostic
probes
that
integrate
diagnosis
and
treatment
together
are
considered
as
effective
tools
for
individual
therapy.
However,
the
separation
of
detection
components
limits
precise
assessment
therapeutic
efficacy.
Herein,
a
novel
self‐monitoring
probe
sensitively
responds
to
adenosine
triphosphate
(ATP)
was
developed
by
ultrafine
iron
oxide
nanowires
(UIONWs)
through
an
oleyl
amine‐assisted
way.
The
UIONWs,
with
diameter
1.5
nm
length
75
nm,
surface‐coordinated
amine.
UIONWs
can
be
decomposed
in
ATP‐containing
solution
expose
shielded
ions.
Consequently,
it
boost
peroxidase
(POD)
activity
activate
T
1
‐magnetic
resonance
imaging
(MRI)
signal
ATP.
In
addition,
rapidly
engulfed
into
cells
due
high
aspect
ratio.
improved
ATP
hydrogen
peroxide
(H
2
O
)
within
tumor
leads
higher
hydroxyl
radicals
(OH)
generation
inhibition.In
contrast,
normal
exhibit
lower
H
levels,
reducing
cytotoxicity
ensuring
safety.
Since
both
illumination
‐MRI

ATP‐controlled,
this
work
raised
potential

self-assembly
process,

molecules
prefer
form
aggregates
π–π
stacking,
Pt···Pt
interactions,
interactions.
coassembly
endows
them
multicolor
apparent
color
as
optical
materials
advanced
information
encryption.
