We describe an efficient acyl esterification method for alkenes utilizing acyloxime esters as bifunctional reagents featuring radical acylation and congested C–O bond formation. This approach is characterized by mild photoredox conditions, high step atom economy, a broad substrate scope, excellent regioselectivity. A variety of valuable α-acyl hindered alcohol esters, including those obtained via gram-scale synthesis late-stage functionalization pharmaceutical molecules, were presented, demonstrating its synthetic potential practicability.

It is a great challenge to construct green catalytic system for the reduction of nitro compounds corresponding amines under mild conditions. Due low energy red light, it challenging develop photocatalytic selective nitroaromatics aromatic driven by light. A bimetallic porphyrin metal–organic framework (Bi-P(Co)MOF) was characterized Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction, transmission electron microscopy, scanning and energy-dispersive techniques. The constructed photocatalyst Bi-PMOF-Co shows excellent activity conversion in high yields with NaBH4 as reducing agent at room temperature light irradiation. Moreover, protocol showed functional group compatibility, recyclability demonstrated five-cycle tests.

A novel photocatalytic method for the synthesis of 1,4-benzoxazepine using 2-alkoxyarylaldehyde as an oxygen source and N-arylglycine a nitrogen has been reported. This is mild, efficient, fast, corresponding reaction can be completed within 2 h at room temperature under atmosphere light-irradiation conditions. Mechanistic studies have confirmed that this scheme involves decarboxylation cyclization provides convenient pathway preparation various 2-alkyl-N-phenyl-substituted 1,4-benzoxazepine.

The first example of heterogeneous photoredox-catalyzed fluoroalkylation 4H-pyrido[1,2-a]pyrimidin-4-ones has been developed. With low-cost commercial g-C3N4 as the recyclable photocatalyst and cheap sodium fluoroalkyl sulfonates source, a variety fluoroalkylated pyridopyrimidinones were constructed in moderate to high yields. present reaction can be easily scaled up with good efficiency, catalytic system reused 5 times slight loss activities. Furthermore, biological activity synthesized compounds was preliminarily investigated.

A cerium-catalyzed C–H alkylation of N-sulfonyl ketimines with low-cost and readily available alkanes as alkyl sources was developed. This transformation proceeded through the synergy photoinitiated ligand-to-metal charge transfer (LMCT) using a chlorine radical an HAT reagent air green oxidant. series alkylated were synthesized moderate to good yields in highly atom-economic manner under chemical oxidant-free conditions.
