stability,

chemical
modification.
In
order
to
solve

problem
complexity
food
matrices,
development

fluorescence

shows
great
prospects.

review,
progress
based
on
CDs
contaminant
recent
years
will
be
summarized,
focusing
functionalized
modification
CDs,
sensing
mechanism,
types
sensors,
application
portable
devices.

outlook

better

Precise
and
reliable

detection

response,
enabling
analysis.
Interestingly,
both
colorimetric
signals
could
be
gathered
being
converted
hue
parameter
on
smartphone-based
sensor,
achieving
visual
in
real
media
acceptable
results.
This
study
gave
insight
designing
target-responsive
system-based
efficient
point-of-care
sensors
safeguarding
health.

Abstract
Biogenic
amines
(BAs)
are
important
indicators
for
the
evaluation
of
food
spoilage
and
disease
diagnosis.
Thus,
detection
BAs
with
high
practical
potential
is
great
importance.
In
this
work,
a
new
fluorescent
probe
design
strategy
proposed
by
intramolecular
charge
transfer
(ICT)
enhancement
probes,
which
induced
hydrogen
bond
interaction
between
probes
analyte.
The
T1
T2
donor–acceptor
structure
not
only
present
140
nm
bathochromic‐shifted
emission,
ultrafast
responses
(15
s
25
),
sensitivity
(detection
limit
1.3
ppm
2.6
)
to
cadaverine
(the
typical
representative
BAs)
but
also
discriminate
series
simply
reused
at
least
30
times
after
air
blowing.
Further,
quantitative
system
obtained

on
