Electrochemical
reduction
reactions,
as
cathodic
processes
in
many
energy-related
devices,
significantly
impact
the
overall
efficiency
determined
mainly
by
performance
of
electrocatalysts.
Metal-organic
frameworks
(MOFs)
derived
carbon-supported
metal
materials
have
become
one
star
electrocatalysts
due
to
their
tunable
structure
and
composition
through
ligand
design
screening.
However,
for
different
electroreduction
required
active
species
vary
phase
component,
electronic
state,
catalytic
center
configuration,
hence
requiring
effective
customization.
From
this
perspective,
review
comprehensively
analyzes
structural
principles,
loading
strategies,
practical
performance,
complex
mechanisms,
thereby
providing
insights
guidance
future
rational
such
catalysts.

The

(c-MOFs)
in
zinc-based
batteries
has
been

popular
research
direction.
Zinc-based
are
widely
used
with
the

have

compared

MOFs,

This
article
summarizes
the
regulation
strategies
of
Fe-based
MOFs-derived
electrocatalysts
for
ZABs,
and
provides
a
prospect
their
future
development.
Constructing
multiheteroatom
coordination
structure
in
carbonaceous
substrates
demonstrates
an
effective
method
to
accelerate
the
oxygen
reduction
reaction
(ORR)
of
supported
single-atom
catalyst.
Herein,
novel
etching
route
assisted
by
potassium
thiocyanate
(KCNS)
is
developed
convert
metal-organic
framework
2D
defect-rich
porous
N,S-co-doped
carbon
nanosheets
for
anchoring
atomically
dispersed
iron
sites
as
high-performance
ORR
catalysts
(Fe-SACs).
The
well-designed
KCNS-assisted
can
generate
spatial
confinement
template
direct
nanosheet
formation,
condition
form
structure,
and
additional
sulfur
atoms
coordinate
species.

microscopy
