Abstract Nanomedicines are extensively used in cancer therapy. Covalent organic frameworks (COFs) crystalline porous materials with several benefits for therapy, including porosity, design flexibility, functionalizability, and biocompatibility. This review examines the use of COFs therapy from perspective reticular chemistry function‐oriented design. First, modification sites functionalization methods discussed, followed by their potential as multifunctional nanoplatforms tumor targeting, imaging, integrating functional components. Finally, some challenges clinical translation presented hope promoting development COF‐based anticancer nanomedicines bringing closer to trials.

Metal-organic frameworks (MOFs) are composed of metal nodes and organic linkers that can self-assemble into an infinite network. The high porosity large surface area MOFs facilitate the effective enrichment mass transfer analytes, which enhance signal response improve sensitivity electrochemical sensors. Additionally, their derivatives possess properties unsaturated sites tunable structures, collectively demonstrating potential for sensing. This paper summarizes preparation methods, structural properties, applications in sensing, emphasizing sensors' selectivity from perspectives direct indirect detection. it also explores future directions prospects with aim overcoming current limitations through innovative approaches.

By utilizing carboxylated multiwalled carbon nanotubes (MWCNT-COOH) to strengthen the interaction between electrode and analytes improve conductivity of composite material in conjunction with superior catalytic properties copper-based metal-organic framework (MOFs), a novel electrochemical sensor was fabricated from Cu-MOF/MWCNT-COOH composite, specifically designed for simultaneous distinct detection ascorbic acid (AA) dopamine (DA). Electrochemical analyses were conducted on innovative through both CV DPV, revealing unique behaviors AA DA. The not only showed exceptional electrocatalytic but also distinguished itself by its broad dynamic response ranges, covering concentrations 3 1800 μM 2 180 DA, limits (S/N = 3) 3.00 0.32 Furthermore, this platform exhibited robust reproducibility selectivity.
