Abstract
Metal‐organic
frameworks
(MOFs)
with
kagomé
lattice
are
attractive
for
their
unique
physical
and
chemical
properties,
but
little
attention
has
been
paid
to
catalytic
properties.
Herein,
we
report
a
2D
MOF
based
on
phosphonato‐amino‐carboxylate
ligand
(NaHL),
i.
e.,
[Na
0.33
Co(L)(CH
3
OH)
2
](NO
)
(
),
which
exhibits
an
unconventional
lattice.
The
formation
of
this
is
caused
by
the
selective
recognition
NO
−
anion
phenolato
group
L
2−
as
evidenced
theoretical
calculations.
Compound
can
be
utilized
α‐methoxymethylation
aminomethylation
aromatic
ketones
using
methanol
C1
source.
Interestingly,
compound
exfoliated
in‐situ
into
nanosheets
one‐layer
thickness
under
reaction
conditions,
improves
efficiency.
Based
results
experiments
calculations,
proposed
possible
pathways
reaction.
