Abstract Theranostic probes that integrate diagnosis and treatment together are considered as effective tools for individual therapy. However, the separation of detection components limits precise assessment therapeutic efficacy. Herein, a novel self‐monitoring probe sensitively responds to adenosine triphosphate (ATP) was developed by ultrafine iron oxide nanowires (UIONWs) through an oleyl amine‐assisted way. The UIONWs, with diameter 1.5 nm length 75 nm, surface‐coordinated amine. UIONWs can be decomposed in ATP‐containing solution expose shielded ions. Consequently, it boost peroxidase (POD) activity activate T 1 ‐magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) signal ATP. In addition, rapidly engulfed into cells due high aspect ratio. improved ATP hydrogen peroxide (H 2 O ) within tumor leads higher hydroxyl radicals (OH) generation inhibition.In contrast, normal exhibit lower H levels, reducing cytotoxicity ensuring safety. Since both illumination ‐MRI OH ATP‐controlled, this work raised potential way self‐monitor therapy timely feedback on effects.

The abnormal tumor vasculature acts as the physical and functional barrier to infiltration activity of effector T cells, leading low response rate immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICIs). Alpha-fetoprotein (AFP), commonly employed for early diagnosis of liver cancer, serves as a biomarker cancer screening and diagnosis. Combining the high sensitivity specificity fluorescence immunoassay (FIA), developing low-cost efficient system AFP detection holds significant importance in disease In this work, we developed miniaturized oblique laser-induced (LIF) system, coupled with microfluidic PMMA/paper hybrid chip, rapid AFP. The an avalanche photodiode (APD) detector, implemented multi-level filtering excitation light channel using dichroic mirror optical trap. At first, Savitzky–Golay filter baseline off-set elimination methods to denoise normalize original data. Then cutoff frequency low-pass reverse voltage APD were optimized enhance system. Abstract Controlling, orientating, and assembling 2D materials is critical for their successful exploitation as active elements in various applications, particularly sensors. Despite the increased interest exploiting properties of MXenes, to date, direct dielectrophoretic assembly this category has not been reported. Thus, work presents an experimental study on pristine MXene flakes at level screen-printed interdigitated microelectrodes. The development uniaxial ‘bridges’ across electrode micro-gaps can be controlled by convenient parameters such voltage frequency, which are thoroughly discussed. Moreover, appropriate frequencies avoiding parasitic electrokinetic phenomena (AC electro-osmosis, electrothermal effect) that hamper application dielectrophoresis were identified. Finally, proposed methodology demonstrates its feasibility being used chemiresistors satisfactory response ethanol atmosphere.
