Successful management of type 1 diabetes (T1D) requires not only optimal glycemic outcomes, but also a holistic approach that encompasses all aspects life and recommendations to address needs. Current goals include values, quality expectancy similar peers, prevention long-term complications, severe hypoglycemia as far possible facilitation glucose management. The International Society for Pediatric Adolescent Diabetes (ISPAD) has been updating its guidelines care every four years since 1995, covering more topics. For metabolic teams need follow these current recommendations, adapt them their clinical practice provide guidance people with T1D families. In this review, in the light ISPAD 2018-2022 experiences, “10 Key Recommendations”, emphasizing importance teamwork use technology, treatment is described practical applications.

Crystal formation of pentasodium nonadecacesium tetracosatungstate(VI) heneikosahydrate, Na 5 Cs 19 [W 24 O 84 ]·21H 2 O, was successfully achieved by the conversion [H W 12 42 ] 10− through addition excess + . The crystal structure comprising toroidal isopolyoxidometalate is presented, as well its Raman spectrum. (H O) 21 crystallizes in rhombohedral space group R \overline{3} with an obverse centering. title compound represents a new member to isopolytungstate family mixed alkali counter-ions and contains rarely observed five-coordinate tungsten(VI) atoms 24− anion (site symmetry C 3 i ) arising from mediated counter-ions.
