Abstract Ubiquitous metal complexes with superior thermally activated delayed fluorescence (TADF) properties have emerged as promising candidates for light‐emitting materials due to their earth‐abundant nature and tunable optoelectronic characteristics. However, complexation often results in unfavorable solubility issues, which limit application solution‐processed OLEDs. Moreover, achieving a short‐delayed lifetime (τ d ) is essential further enhancing device performance small efficiency roll‐off. In this work, highly soluble luminescent aluminum(III) complex exhibiting exceptional TADF characteristics presented through precise regulation of electronic structures. This demonstrates high common organic solvents while maintaining excellent photofunctional properties, such PLQY values approaching unity, reduced aggregation‐caused quenching (ACQ), radiative decay rate constant ( k r exceeding 10 7 s −1 , impressive reverse intersystem crossing RISC over 6 τ below 1 µs. Abstract Cyclometalated complexes, including those with pincer ligands and other chelating frameworks, such as porphyrin rings polyenes, have garnered significant attention due to their diverse applications in ion analyte detection across synthetic chemistry, environmental monitoring, medicine, electronics. These complexes exhibit fascinating chromic behaviors, mechanochromism, chemochromism, vapochromism, which are particularly useful sensing applications. Of particular interest photophysical properties, especially involving lanthanides, offer unique luminescent optical characteristics. Scintillators with X-ray-excitable luminescence have attracted great attention in the fields of medical radiography, nondestructive inspection, and high-energy physics. However, thermal quenching significantly reduces radioluminescence efficiency, particularly for those phosphorescent scintillators promising radiation-induced triplet exciton utilization, ultimately limiting their applications high-temperature scenarios. Herein, we develop ultrahigh-temperature based on organic ionic host–guest phosphorescence systems unprecedented thermal-stable emissions up to 673 K. The guest phosphor features spin-vibronic coupling-assisted intersystem crossing, effectively transforming thermally activated delayed fluorescence overcoming inactivation excitons. Meanwhile, rigid host robust electrostatic interactions minimize both intrinsic extrinsic nonradiations excitons, so-called dual-confined nonradiation. These two mechanisms work synergistically, contributing highly efficient exciton-based a room-temperature efficiency 38.7% ultrahigh-temperature-resistant dual emissions. Such an innovative scintillator achieves impressively low X-ray detection limit 71.5 nGy s–1 remarkably bright photoluminescence (efficiency 80.4% at 483 K), enabling imaging.

Copper(I) halides are promising candidates for advanced optoelectronics, such as white-light-emitting diodes (WLEDs), scintillators, and photodetectors. Designing synthesizing low-dimensional hybrid copper with blue-light excitation remains an enormous challenge. Herein, we have prepared two one-dimensional (1D) Cu(I)-based metal iodides, namely, (C6H7N)CuI (C6H8N)CuI2 single crystals, by deliberately adjusting the ratio of reactants 4-methylpyridine (4-MePy) CuI. crystals nonluminous, while exhibit unusual yellow emission a broad band in range 260-500 nm Furthermore, prototypical WLED is fabricated combining commercial 430 blue chip phosphor, which exhibits correlated color temperature (CCT) 5645 K CIE coordinate (0.329, 0.334), thus demonstrating potential application white lighting. Remarkably, emit red fluorescence upon adsorption methanol but fail all other alcohols. Notably, initial luminescence can be recovered volatilization from achieving reversible photoluminescence switching. This work not only presents important reference blue-light-excitable iodide phosphor WLEDs also provides intriguing sensor detection methanol.
