The construction industry increasingly relies on concrete to meet growing urban population demands. However, has a high carbon footprint, which contradicts the Sustainable Development Goals and Circular Economy policies promoted by European Commission. use of Recycled Aggregate Concrete (RAC) is cost-effective circularity strategy mitigate environmental impacts. Several countries have integrated RAC into their standards achieved promising results. Spain committed enhancing resource productivity using circular materials through practices established during design phase. Although residential sector plays significant role within industry, potential for in such building structures remains unexplored. present study aimed fill this gap assessing four scenarios multi-family assessment method structures: CARES Framework. results revealed that RAC, following Structural Code requirements, can enhance performance at material level up 42.82%, element 21.68%, system 10.81%. These demonstrated declines as levels increase, underscores essential integration with adaptability disassembly criteria.
