This work aims to explore the catalytic potential of manganese oxide (MnO 2 ) supported on (Fe 3 O 4 ‐MWCNT) nano‐composite, which is composed iron and multi‐walled carbon nanotubes. The nano‐composite was synthesized using a simple impregnation technique. catalyst material extensively characterized variety possible analytical methods, including X‐ray diffraction (XRD), Brunauer–Emmett–Teller (BET), thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission (TEM), energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS). Then, utilizing multi‐component condensation protocol comprising substituted aldehydes, cyclohexadione, ethylacetoacetate, NH OAc, efficacy Fe ‐MWCNT@MnO assessed for synthesizing novel hexahydro‐quinoline analogues. found be effective because its huge specific surface area, stability, porosity, distinctive exposed surfaces. catalyst's exhibited an exceptionally active nature, as seen by notably high turnover frequency. Herein, we present reusable method that produces outstanding product yields (93%–97%) under mild reaction conditions, ethanol green solvent. Cost‐effectiveness, environmental safety, atom efficiency are achieved nano‐composite.

The green synthesis approach employs ultrasound waves as an effective and environmentally friendly strategy to catalyze chemical reactions. Within this framework, carbonitrile-bearing tetrahydropyrimidine derivatives were successfully synthesized. This involved the reaction of malononitrile, urea or thiourea, variously substituted aldehydes in presence morpholine a catalyst, conducted aqueous conditions under ultrasonic irradiation. Notably, method resulted elevated yields significantly reduced times when compared conventional approaches. synthesized compounds underwent comprehensive characterization using various spectroscopic techniques, including UV-Vis, 1H NMR, 13C mass spectrometry. innovative process aligns with principles chemistry, emphasizing efficiency, sustainability, reduction environmental impact synthesis.

Abstract A new series of tetrazole fused with 1,3,4‐thiadiazole‐2‐amine ( 4a–j ) moiety have been synthesized. thorough characterization each compound was carried out using mass spectrum data, FT‐IR, 1 H, and 13 C NMR studies.
