Entre as modalidades disponíveis, treinamento intervalado alta intensidade (HIIT) destaca-se por sua eficácia em curto prazo, sendo potencialmente vantajoso jovens com rotinas intensas tempo limitado. Este artigo objetivo fornecer revisão narrativa sobre os efeitos do no cognitivo ambiente universitário. Os resultados sugerem HIIT integrado ao acadêmico parece contribuir melhora afeto positivo, na redução tensões, comportamento sedentário, aprimoramento desempenho aumento geral, consolidando-se acessível lidar pressões acadêmicas.

Medical students represent the future of healthcare workforce. However, demanding nature medical education places them at an increased risk mental health issues. Ensuring their well-being is crucial for maintaining a competent and compassionate system. This study aims to determine prevalence depression, anxiety, stress, along with barriers accessing services among students. A cross-sectional self-administered online survey conducted Jazan University, Saudi Arabia, from September 2023 March 2024. Descriptive inferential statistical analyses were using International Business Machines Corporation Statistical Package Social Sciences version 27.0.1 (Chicago). The included 390 participants. Median scores stress 14.00, 12.00, 16.00, respectively, interquartile ranges 4.00 22.00, 20.00, 6.00 24.00. Depression severity categories showed that 38.2% normal, while 11.5%, 31.8%, 13.6%, 4.9% experienced mild, moderate, severe, extremely severe symptoms, respectively. Anxiety classifications revealed 37.4% as 6.2%, 17.4%, 10.0%, 29.0% falling into categories, For 49.2% 11.0%, 16.7%, 14.1%, 9.0% levels, Barriers care preference self-management, confidentiality concerns, societal judgment, fears career-related repercussions. highlights high notable gender differences symptom severity. Mental health issues, particularly anxiety and depression, are on the rise among university students globally, including in Bangladesh. However, comprehensive data factors influencing mental outcomes this group remain limited, hindering development of effective programmes interventions. ABSTRACT Background and Aims The prevalence of adverse childhood experiences (ACEs) is remarkably high in Bangladesh, there well‐documented evidence establishing a relationship between ACEs mental disorders children adults. Economic development is intimately linked to human resource development. People who can improve themselves fast and efficiently successfully deal with life's problems challenges, including those are in tertiary education. Therefore, their stress level an indicator of the well-being our future leaders. This study investigates various factors that affect students' well-being. preliminary research involves collecting data from higher education institutions Melaka, 191 completed responses. The findings were analyzed using frequencies, percentages, mean, standard deviation, correlation. Findings show 62.8% respondents experience low stress, while 37.2% report high stress. Key stressors include time pressure, academic dissatisfaction, subject matter issues, financial social also contributing levels. Introduction University period is a critical developmental stage in which health-related behaviors that will be effective throughout life are acquired.
