Summary Imbibition is one of the main mechanisms for fluid transport in porous media. A combination carbonated water and active [active-carbonated (ACW)] has great prospects enhanced oil recovery (EOR) carbon reduction processes. To date, law hydrocarbon induced by ACW imbibition not clear. In this paper, optimal surfactant concentration was first selected through a spontaneous experiment, on basis, CO2 dissolved to form ACW. The effects formation (FW), solution DX-1, under different pressures were compared. changes rock wettability three solutions during studied measuring contact angle. effect fracture studied. Finally, improved NB−1 calculated elucidate mechanism forced EOR. results show that 0.1% DX-1 produces effect. Microbiologically influenced corrosion (MIC) is a universal issue of significant concern in the petroleum industry, with potential for enormous economic losses and casualties. This study focused on effect temperature MIC mechanism. Overall, results this can provide comprehensive data new insights into management strategies oil fields.
