Abstract
Mycotoxin
contamination
of
food
crops
is
a
global
challenge
due
to
their
unpredictable
occurrence
and
severe
adverse
health
effects
on
humans.
Therefore,
it
great
importance
develop
effective
tools
prevent
the
accumulation
mycotoxins
through
chain.
The
use
magnetic
nanoparticle
(MNP)‐assisted
biosensors
for
detecting
mycotoxin
in
complex
foodstuffs
has
garnered
interest
significantly
enhanced
sensitivity
accuracy.
Within
such
context,
this
review
includes
fundamentals
recent
advances
(2020–2023)
area
monitoring
matrices
using
MNP‐based
aptasensors
immunosensors.
In
review,
we
start
by
providing
comprehensive

Abstract
Food
contaminants
have
consistently
posed
a
serious
threat
to
human
health
and
caused
various
food
safety
problems.
The
most
common
techniques
currently
used
for
the
detection
of
contaminants,
include
instrumental
immunoassay
methods;
however,
these
traditional
methods
shown
some
limitations
when
applied

Therefore,
