Abstract Currently, circularly polarized luminescence (CPL) has drawn wide interest in 3D display, information storage, and optical sensing. However, traditional synthetic paths are often accompanied by low chiral intensity complex processes. Cellulose nanocrystals (CNCs), with the properties of liquid crystals, can spontaneously arrange into left‐handed layered nanofilm, which enables them candidates construction CPL materials. Circularly polarized phosphorescence (CPP) materials, integrating the advantages of with circularly luminescence, show wide applications in many fields. However, designing and preparing pure organic CPP materials remain challenging, as ensuring stability triplet excitons at room temperature while achieving chiral transfer from structures to achiral chromophores is difficult. Herein, we propose a strategy harness structural features mesogen-jacketed liquid crystal polymers (MJLCPs) for material construction. A monomer MJ0Chol phosphorescent MJ0DFM are polymerized prepare homopolymers PMJ0Chol PMJ0DFM copolymers DFM(x)-Chol(y). The lifetime effectively enhanced by "jacketing" effect MJLCPs, luminescence activated through construction helical columnar phase. With content component increasing, gradually improves. Meanwhile, |glum| values samples exhibit an initial increase followed decrease increasing cholesterol content. DFM(0.6)-Chol(0.4) shows highest glum both fluorescence phosphorescence, reaching −4.4 × 10–3 −7.1 10–3, respectively. can be achieved 252 ms.

Materials with pure organic circularly polarized afterglow (CPA) are notable for their multi-dimensional optical characteristics due to time-dependent and polarization properties. These attributes endow them exceptional appeal value in the realms of information storage anti-counterfeiting measures. Currently, there limited studies on multi-color CPA materials both high dissymmetry factor (glum) values long lifetimes.
