In the context of African swine fever, extensive use lime disinfectants in pig farms has led to inhibition or paralysis anaerobic fermentation system biogas digesters. This study used manure containing significant amounts as research subject, exploring mitigating effects these through slurry reflux and addition phosphorus sources. batch digestion experiments, gas production for T1, T2, T3, T4 increased by factors 6.15, 8.92, 11.98, 16.14 respectively compared control (CK), with corresponding increases calcium deposition rates 19.91%, 26.15%, 44.91%, 58.63%. Under a 2/3 ratio, content 40 mg/L exhibited improved performance. continuous C1 C2 4.07 4.46, respectively, while VFA concentrations decreased 68.01% 67.37%, respectively. The elevated abundance Cloacimonadota_W5 Ruminofilibacter confirmed results. SEM-EDS XRD analyses sludge revealed that systems produced hydroxyl phosphate precipitates, exhibiting greater crystallinity than C1. summary, enhances performance effectively mitigates inhibitory lime; appropriately adding source significantly amplifies this effect.

Ammonium inhibition is a key limiting factor for anaerobic digestion when using chicken manure as the main substrate, especially in system with biogas slurry reflux. Air stripping usually used recycled treatment. In this study, we carried out co-digestion of and corn straw. The fermentation performance was investigated without air at different reflux ratios an increasing organic loading rate. results show that enhanced production, stability, volatile solid removal efficiency via mitigation control ammonium inhibition. total nitrogen digesters 20.24–46.40% lower than those stripping. highest specific production values were obtained rate 3.3 g (VS)/(L·d) ratio 75% stripping, reaching 480.43 mL/gVSadd 63.36%, respectively. Moreover, also improved ratio. Stable operation achieved 5.3 gVS/(L·d) 75%, 392.35 50.33%. deteriorated increased to 8.0 even conducted, indicating slighter (50%) could be more feasible higher (8.0 gVS/(L·d).
