The combination of the photothermal effect and immunoassay serves as a potent tool for crafting cost-effective user-friendly biosensing systems. To ensure efficient light-to-heat conversion, we integrated three-dimensional-printed (3D printed) technology to devise novel design. This design functions structural support both cell phone laser probe, well means sample handling. main body features three-way cavity structure, securing test at fixed position maintain consistent light distance angle, thereby minimizing testing errors. Card slot insert facilitates precise positioning adequacy receiving light. holder's wide front narrow back enables accommodation samples while providing broad field view, with intervals therein effectively preventing cascading heat. Our employs MB@MOF235 (methylene blue adsorbed by iron terephthalate) reagent, successfully enabling detection α-fetoprotein (AFP). range spans from 0.01 50 ng/mL, lower limit (LOD) 0.032 pg/mL. method, combining simplicity, portability, visualization, offers reliable reference furthering precision medicine toward personalized medicine. Meanwhile, verify method's accuracy electrochemical was conducted proof using electro-oxidizing activity MB.
