As one of the most harmful heavy metal pollutants, hexavalent chromium Cr(VI) is becoming a serious threat to human health. Thus pursuing remarkably sensitive method monitor concentration in natural conditions favored for fast response prevent harm. In present work, an ethylenediamine (En) and SiO2-modified wool keratin-based carbon quantum dot (CQD)(En@CQDs@SiO2) fluorescent sensor prepared, En found improve discrimination ability by binding with surface carboxyl groups. Based on these designs, En@CQDs@SiO2 achieves significant improvement detection ability, limit 6.08 × 10–4 mg/L, which succeeded 6 times over CQDs, better than conventional UV–Vis flame atomic absorption (AAS) techniques. Furthermore, has good relative sensitivity, selectivity, spectral reproducibility, excellent structural stability. These properties make suitable environmental detection, undoubtedly improves economy friendliness sensor.

Abstract Energy harvesting storage hybrid devices have garnered considerable attention as self-rechargeable power sources for wireless and ubiquitous electronics. Triboelectric nanogenerators (TENGs), a common type of energy harvester, generate alternating current-based, irregular short pulses, posing challenge storing the generated electrical in systems that typically operate with direct current (DC)-based low-frequency response. In this study, we propose new strategy leverages high-frequency response to develop efficient chargeable TENG–supercapacitor (SC) devices.
