Bisphenol A (BPA) is extensively utilized as an industrial chemical in the production of certain plastics and epoxy resins. They are frequently found environmental water have potential to cause risks both environment human health. To efficiently remove endocrine disruptor BPA from aqueous solutions, sea urchin-like magnetic material Fe3O4@PDA@NH2-MIL-101 (Fe) was synthesized via hydrothermal methods. has excellent adsorption performance, with a theoretical maximum capacity 300.47 mg/g for BPA. The kinetics by followed pseudo-second-order kinetic model Liu's isotherm model. Magnetic separation experiments reveal high recovery efficiency, maintaining 94.82% its initial after five cycles. primary mechanisms on included pore filling, hydrogen bonding, π-π interaction, Lewis acid-base interaction. Additionally, showed removal performance BPA, adsorbed amount 135.27 total organic carbon (TOC) shale gas fracturing flowback fluid. These findings suggest that holds significant adsorbent actual wastewater, offering promising prospects practical applications.
