Design of high-performance electrochemical sensors for detection antibiotics is greatly desirable human health and ecological safety. Herein, a new metal-organic framework (MOF), namely, [Zn2L(PDC)2(H2O)2]·3H2O (1), was synthesized with isophthalic acid (H2PDC), Zn(II) cation, cyclotriveratrylene-based ligand (L). By mechanical milling, 1 incorporated mesoporous carbon (MC) to produce 1@MC. Subsequently, 1@MC decorated on different bare electrodes (glass (GC), Au, Pt, or W electrode). The introduction MC significantly improved the conductivity current response intensity determination chloramphenicol (CAP). Among these sensors, responses CAP 1@MC(1:2)/GCE 1@MC(1:2)/Au were more intense. Markedly, they exhibited relatively wide linear ranges (0.5-400 μM 1-400 1@MC(1:2)/Au) low limits (0.15 0.48 1@MC(1:2)/Au). Particularly, can be used measurement in eye drop milk sample fine recoveries.
