Raman spectroscopy is one of the best techniques for obtaining information concerning physical-chemical interactions between a lipid and solvent. Phospholipids in water are main elements cell membranes and, by means their chemical physical structures, cells can interact with other biological molecules (i.e., proteins vitamins) express own functions. Phospholipids, due to amphiphilic structure, form biomimetic which useful studying cellular drug delivery. Synthetic systems such as DPhPC-based liposomes replicate key properties membranes. Among different models, phospholipid mimetic membrane models lamellar vesicles have been greatly supported. In this work, system, deuterium solution (50 mM) synthetic 1,2-diphytanoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphocholine (DPhDC), studied using μ-Raman wide temperature range from -181.15 °C up 22.15 °C, including following temperatures: -146.15 -111.15 -76.15 -61.15 -46.15 -31.15 -16.15 -1.15 14.15 °C. Based on evidence, phase transitions function shown grouped into five classes, where corresponding modes describe stretching (C-N) bond choline head group (gauche) asymmetric (O-P-O) bond. The acquisition each spectrum characterizes rocking mode methylene acyl chain. These findings enhance our understanding role artificial lipids complex provide valuable insights optimizing use biosensing applications. Although stability DPhPC known, collected data suggest subtle molecular rearrangements, possibly hydration second-order transitions, relevant modeling
