It is well-known that Dendritic cells (DCs) are essential in the development of airway Th2 polarization and allergy (AA). The underlying mechanism still not fully understood. objective this study to examine role methyltransferase-like protein-5 (Mettl5), a methyltransferase involved N6-methyladenosine (m6A) methylation, altering DC's properties facilitate AA.
