This work focuses to the value added utilization of animal sewage sludge into gases, bio-oil and char using synthetic zeolite (ZSM-5 Y-zeolite) natural sourced (diatomite, kaolin, perlite) materials as catalysts. Pyrolysis was performed in a one-stage bench-scale reactor at temperatures 400 600 °C. The catalyst mixed with raw material before pyrolysis. Catalysts had significant effect on yield products, because amount volatile products higher their presence, than without them. In case due structural transformation occurring between 500–600 °C, increase activity observed terms pyrolysis reactions resulting volatiles. hydrogen content gas increased significantly temperature °C thermo-catalysts presence catalysts, more favourable properties.

In response to the growing demand for sustainable energy and environmental impacts of fossil fuels, renewable sources like biomass have become crucial, especially in regions rich agricultural animal waste. This study focuses on a real-life project Aras de los Olmos, Spain, where solar, wind, biogas from serve as primary sources, supplemented by hydro-based storage system stabilize supply.
