Granite
sludge
from
the
cutting
and
polishing
of
granite
blocks
should
be
utilized
to
prevent
environmental
pollution.
This
study
focuses
on
preparation
high-strength
self-glazed
glass-ceramics
by
combining
dense
sintering
instant
glaze
firing.
Thermal
analyses
including
thermogravimetry,
differential
scanning
calorimetry
thermal
expansion
were
used
evaluate
sinterability
powder
determine
temperature.
For
firing
sintered
glass-ceramics,
structural
evolution
was
analyzed
X-ray
diffraction
solid-state
nuclear
resonance
clarify
formation
glass
network
stability,
respectively.
Glaze
resulted
dissolution
quartz
feldspars
reduced
viscosity,
as
indicated
thermochemical
calculation.
As
temperature
increased,
thickness

increased.
The
coefficient
