Air pollution poses the greatest risk of death for humans and has become a global cause concern. The population spends an average 90% their time indoors; therefore, significance indoor air quality (IAQ) on human health comes to forefront. Most households, offices, restaurants, other places, whether in rural or urban areas, are facing problem (IAP). This review begins by elucidating impact analysis IAP drawing parallels distinctions between outdoor pollution. paper synthesizes critical examination existing commercial purifiers sheds light limitations drawbacks through comprehensive literature. then pivots toward exploration new technologies poised revolutionize purification. From advanced filter manufacturing techniques regenerating photocatalytic oxidation, this outlines possibilities shape next-generation purifiers. Simultaneously, it discusses challenges holding back integration these into applications.
