The Lp synchronization and finite-time of fractional-order complex networks is investigated in this paper. A derivative inequality for μ−strongly convex functions proved. In order to sharply estimate the settling time, by incorporating sign function, two new inequalities are established. Based on these inequalities, some sufficient conditions proposed. Two novel state-feedback controllers also designed. Finally, three numerical examples provided validate effectiveness results.

The processing and transmission of biological neural information are realized via firing activities neurons in different regions brain. Memristors regarded as ideal devices for emulating synapses because their nanoscale size, non-volatility synapse-like plasticity. Hence, investigating modes memristor-coupled heterogeneous is significant. This work focuses on modelling, chaos synchronization a neuron. First, novel locally active memristor proposed, its frequency characteristics, local activity, analyzed. Then, the introduced into two-dimensional HR neuron FHN to construct model. In numerical simulations, by changing coupling strength, it found that model exhibits periodic spike mode, chaotic burst random mode. Besides, dynamic behavior can switch between initial state. Finally, based Lyapunov stability theory predefined-time theory, strategy proposed used realize results show compared with finite-time strategy, fixed-time traditional has short actual convergence time. Studying help explore functions brain also important signal secure communication fields.
