Adolescence is a critical period for the development of self-esteem, but many adolescents, self-esteem compromised by harsh parenting disciplines which are still heavily used. Research into mechanisms underlying adolescent and strategies that boost thus has become very important. Based on sociometric theory attachment theory, current study explores role interpersonal sensitivity dispositional mindfulness in effect adolescents’ self-esteem. Questionnaire survey 1320 Chinese adolescents showed detrimental could be mediated sensitivity, this mediation was moderated mindfulness, participants with higher stronger than those lower mindfulness. Our findings highlight impact shaping suggest feasibility mindful intervention programs take account when building self-worth adolescents.

Parental phubbing refers to the phenomenon where parents ignore their children due mobile phone use during parent-child interactions. This study examined longitudinal mediating role of basic psychological need satisfaction in relations between parental and adolescents’ core self-evaluation. We recruited 629 adolescents ( M age = 15.20 years, SD 1.62 years) participate our survey. Longitudinal mediation analyses revealed that negatively predicted adolescents' self-evaluation by diminishing satisfaction. Smartphone addiction has emerged as a pressing public health issue in recent years, which negatively impacts university students’ academic performance, physical and mental health, social functioning. Therefore, it is crucial to explore the significant factors related smartphone addiction. While previous research suggested potential link between self-compassion problematic internet or use, studies specifically examining relationship tendency remain limited. From positive psychology perspective, this study aims tendency, well its internal mechanism. A total of 641 Chinese college students were recruited complete online questionnaires assessing their self-compassion, self-concept clarity, experiential avoidance, tendency. Purpose: With the increasing prevalence of smart phones, adolescent smartphone addiction has garnered significant attention from researchers.
