The
development

production
from
microalgae
is
considered
a
clean
sustainable
method
that
can
both
alleviate
fuel
shortages
recycle
waste.
Although
algal
hydrogen
low
consumption
requires
only
simple
pretreatment,
it

commercialized
because
product
yields.
To
increase
microalgal
several
technologies
have
developed,
although
they
struggle
with
the
oxygen
sensitivity
hydrogenases
responsible
for
complexity
metabolic
network.
In
this
review,
genetic
engineering
studies
on
enhancing
