Antibiotics have been a necessary component of animal husbandry and aquaculture since they were first used in clinical settings the 1940s to meet rising demand for foods generated from animals. Because this, large-scale industrial production has become hotspot evolution spread ARGs (antibiotic resistant genes), potentially posing threat public health. The recent advent quick molecular technologies substantially increased our understanding cattle systems. From One Health perspective, detailed analyses livestock industry potential mitigation strategies are currently available. In order clarify intricacies across animals, habitats, people, this review is focused on human health hazards related antibiotic usages, This specifically addresses following topics: (1) antimicrobials sector; (2) development animals affected by selected agents; (3) ARG transmission mechanisms (direct/indirect animal-to-human); (4) mitigating strategies.
