The decrease in the total iron grade of pellets due to bentonite has prompted search for a non-polluting and alternative binder. while organic binders are considered potential substitutes bentonite, they cannot fully replace it complete decomposition failure during pellet hardening. Thus, production utilizing composite binder gained significant attention academia industry. In this study, novel polymer-type (PTB) was introduced minimize consumption green preparation. By regulating ratio, addition just 0.01 % PTB can reduce usage by 1.0 under optimal conditions, all maintaining excellent quality. Further investigations revealed that molecules adsorbed on surfaces concentrate (predominantly magnetite) through hydrogen bonding, electrostatic repulsion, coordination, monodentate chelation surface complexation, dissolved into fibrous structure bridge particles together. Moreover, abundant hydrophilic groups (-OH, –COOH) substantially enhanced water-holding capacity pellets, resulting reduced rate drying dehydration an elevated shock temperature. Amorphous nanometer alumina (nano-Al2O3) was prepared by inverse microemulsion method in the presence of aluminum sulfate octadecahydrate as source, poly(ethylene glycol) octyl-phenyl ether and cetyl trimethyl ammonium bromide emulsifiers, n-butanol co-surfactant. The optimal condition for preparing nano-Al2O3 investigated relation to effect stirring rate on morphology adsorption performance product; capacity mechanism AsO43- ion aqueous solution were explored based simulations with conventional isothermal models. Findings indicate that absence emulsifiers co-surfactant exhibits a high 149.76 mg·g-1 towards ion, higher than reported literature. is dependent pH value temperature well coexisting ions; maximum occurs at 6. Moreover, obeys Langmuir model pseudo-second-order kinetic equation, referring monolayer chemical adsorption. process governed both membrane diffusion internal diffusion; dominated diffusion. In summary, has strong stability could be promising nano-adsorbent removing heavy metal like therefrom.

Cadmium (Cd) and lead (Pb) are global environmental pollutants. In this study, Nostoc sp. MK-11 was used as an environmentally safe, economical, efficient biosorbent for the removal of Cd Pb ions from synthetic aqueous solutions. identified on a morphological molecular basis using light microscopic, 16S rRNA sequences phylogenetic analysis. Batch experiments were performed to determine most significant factors solutions dry MK1 biomass. The results indicated that maximum biosorption found under conditions 1 g biomass, 100 mg/L initial metal concentrations, 60 min contact time at pH 4 5 Cd, respectively. Dry biomass samples before after characterized FTIR SEM. A kinetic study showed pseudo second order model well fitted rather than first order. Three isotherm models Freundlich, Langmuir, Temkin explain isotherms by Langmuir isotherm, which explains existence monolayer adsorption, process. Considering model, capacity (qmax) calculated 75.757 83.963 mg g-1 Pb, respectively, agreement with obtained experimental values. Desorption investigations carried out evaluate reusability recovery ions. It desorption above 90%. proven be cost-effective removing especially solutions, process is eco-friendly, feasible, reliable.
