The relationship between prenatal phthalate exposure and preterm birth from previous studies has been inconsistent. Meanwhile, few have explored the spontaneous (SPTB) genetic polymorphisms of metabolic enzyme genes or gene-phthalate interactions. aim this study is to evaluate association maternal exposure, polymorphisms, their interactions with SPTB. A total 182 cases SPTB 321 controls full-term delivery were enrolled. Nine metabolites in second trimester urine samples measured by ultra-high performance liquid chromatography coupled tandem mass spectrometry.
