A covalent organic framework TPB-DMTP was physically coated onto the gully-like surface of stainless-steel fiber. The relationship between prenatal phthalate exposure and preterm birth from previous studies has been inconsistent. Meanwhile, few have explored the spontaneous (SPTB) genetic polymorphisms of metabolic enzyme genes or gene-phthalate interactions. aim this study is to evaluate association maternal exposure, polymorphisms, their interactions with SPTB. A total 182 cases SPTB 321 controls full-term delivery were enrolled. Nine metabolites in second trimester urine samples measured by ultra-high performance liquid chromatography coupled tandem mass spectrometry. To determine the phthalic acid ester (PAE) contents within soil and agricultural products of facility agriculture in Xinjiang Province, we detected 16 kinds PAE compounds 249 samples 203 product through gas chromatography–mass spectrometry. Five PAEs, namely DMP, DEP, DBP, DEHP, DIBP, were identified soil. Their detection rates found to range from 84.7% 100%, with total concentrations spanning 7.29 1064.1 μg kg−1 a mean concentration 111.8 kg−1. The primary pollutants obtained included which accounted for 49.2%, 27.0%, 12.4% content, respectively. In products, six PAEs detected: BMPP, DPP, DNOP, 3.0% 46.8% varying ND 5140 (mean 637.60 kg−1). Among them, BMPP major contaminants products. As demonstrated by human health risk evaluation, dietary intake constituted route exposure both non-carcinogenic carcinogenic risks.
