Neurotoxicity consists of the altered functionality nervous system caused by exposure to chemical agents or chemical-physical parameters. The neurotoxic effect can be evaluated from molecular behavioural level. zebrafish Danio rerio is a model organism used in many research fields, including ecotoxicology and neurotoxicology. Recent studies our group have demonstrated that adult low (18 °C) high (34 temperatures alters their brain proteome fish behaviour compared control (26 °C).
