To enhance the sustainability of microalgae-based swine wastewater treatment, this study aims to address challenges low efficiency in treating raw wastewater, collection difficulties, and high energy consumption treatment processes. The microalgae with strong environmental tolerance were first screened from its cultivation conditions optimized examine effect on under optimal conditions. Additionally, flocculation mechanism analyzed. results showed that Tetradesmus cf. obliquus ZYY1 exhibited most robust heterotrophic growth. In BG11 medium supplemented glucose, growth rate T. chemoheterotrophic was superior photoheterotrophic conditions, reaching peak an glucose concentration 15 g/L. biomass significantly higher than sterilized which reached 1.65 ± 0.01 g/L 10th day removal efficiencies NH4+-N, PO43−-P, chemical oxygen demand 71.36%, 96.09%, 93.13%, respectively. After 97.71 5.81%. This attributed bacteria present induced secrete aromatic proteins. emphasizes potential as a green technology for sustainable offering practical pathway protection resource conservation.
