The deterpenation of citrus essential oils (CEO) is crucial in many industries to promote the stability and preserve organoleptic properties final product, improving considerably oxygenated fraction purity. Two imidazolium ionic liquids (ILs), [C4mim][OAc] [C4mim]Cl, were applied as novel separation agents a process constituted by an extractive distillation column flash separator unit, aiming remove hydrocarbon terpenes from oil. CEO was modeled mixture commonly found limonene (monoterpene) linalool (monoterpenoid). To support simulation, isobaric vapor-liquid equilibrium measurements conducted for binary limonene/linalool ternary limonene/linalool/IL mixtures at 5 kPa, data successfully correlated with NRTL model. simulation results demonstrate that [C4mim]Cl improved purity product. Moreover, both reduced required stages obtain terpeneless certain purity, being most effective option.

ABSTRACT In this study, we propose a method for estimating liquid–liquid equilibrium with ab initio molecular dynamics (MD) simulation. Additionally, determined the non‐random two‐liquid model parameters systems applicable to extraction design using commercial software. The minimized energy of separate liquid phases yielded data from more versatile procedure than existing MD Although many experimental measurements have been published, are not always compatible performances graphically illustrated example including ionic and deep eutectic solvent, results indicated that proposed procedures estimation parameter determination were satisfactory.

Blockchain technology has emerged as a transformative solution for enhancing transparency and accountability across various dimensions of sustainable development. Given the limited exploration Blockchain’s synergy with development goals, there exists compelling rationale to undertake bibliometric literature review aimed at identifying forthcoming research trajectories. Employing ”Blockchain” AND ”Sustainable Development Goals” keywords, an extensive search was conducted Scopus Web Science databases. This endeavor yielded corpus 271 articles published within span 2017 2023. Subsequent adherence inclusion exclusion criteria refined this collection 183 documents meticulous Bibliographic Analysis through Biblioshiny application Bibliometrix R package. The study charts promising trajectory characterized by upward trends in recent years, unveiling most prolific authors, productive nations, frequency thematic evaluation, collaborative endeavors. Delving into systematic review, introduces five discernible future trends, along comprehensive framework designed amplify generalizability findings pertinent stakeholders.
