This study examines the implementation of Law Number 35 2014 Article 9 Paragraph 1a concerning child protection in Pesantren Attahdzib, particularly at Tarbiyatus Shibyan Female Dormitory. The research focuses on how pesantren enforces against physical and verbal abuse through religious values psychological approaches. employs a descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques including interviews, observations, documentation. Key informants include coordinators, mentors, students directly involved mentoring process. findings reveal that Attahdzib integrates principles compassion, discipline, assertive communication student management. Supporting factors parental collaboration, conducive environment, mentors’ role modeling. However, challenges such as lack experience suboptimal guardians persist. In conclusion, successfully fosters safe educational environment supports students’ spiritual, social, development line law’s mandates.
