Abstract Background: Intimate partner violence against women (IPVAW) and children (VAC) frequently co-occur within the same households. However, little is known about co-occurrence of witnessing IPVAW experiencing VAC in humanitarian settings. Methods: We analyzed data from first-ever Ugandan Humanitarian Violence Children Youth Survey (HVACS) conducted March to April 2022, involving 1,338 females 927 males years. Analyses used cross-tabulation chi-square test estimation multivariate logistic regression model. Results: The was higher (30.5%) than (19.0%). For both males, associated an increased likelihood reporting (Females: adjusted odds ratio (AOR) 4.1; 95% confidence interval (CI): 2.6-6.2 vs Males: AOR 4.1, CI: 1.9-8.2), caregiver 2.8, 1.8-4.4 2.6, 1.3-5.2) compared those who did not witness IPVAW. Unlike females, significantly perpetrator for (AOR= 3.1; CI=2.1-4.7), endorsing justify 2.9; CI=1.4-5.9) never witnessed Conclusion: Coupled caregiver-perpetrated common settlements Uganda. These findings underscore need synergize gender-based child protection sectors develop prevention response programming around intersecting risk factors homes similar
