IR 64 genotype 40.65% grain panicle, while Situ Patenggang 56.21% decrease.

Excessive application of phosphorus (P) fertilizers does not alleviate P deficiency in soils and may cause water eutrophication. The available acidic is bound to minerals, such as iron aluminum, forms that are difficult utilize by plants. low availability detrimental soil health crop growth. To address the imbalance soil, different bioremediation techniques, phosphate-solubilizing bacteria (PSB) application, have been employed. However, systematic analysis effects composite inoculation PSB on crops remains elusive. In this study, composite-inoculated plant growth were systematically evaluated two scales: plate experiment test. This study employed six strains including Lelliottia amnigena 1-1 (A), Kluyvera intermedia 1-2 (B), Pseudomonas tolaasii 1-6 (C), Burkholderia cepacia 2-5 (D), frederiksbergensis 2-11 (E), rhodesiae 2-47 (F). Among 57 combinations these strains, four (AE, AF, ADF, AEF) indicated higher abilities than single strains. These used for subsequent experiments. revealed more effective promoting development seedlings roots oilseed rape. Furthermore, AE, AEF excellent growth-promoting effects. Moreover, test AE significantly enhanced biomass accumulation root increased observed be associated with their capacities. Both scales confirmed compared inoculation, beneficial provides materials foundational data support soil.

Abstract The increasing consumer interest in organic products is driving the rise of agricultural sector. However, farming productivity was lower than conventional due to reduction external inputs, synthetic fertilizers, and pesticides. In this context, use biostimulant emerged as a promising solution. aim study evaluate efficacy three doses (0.1, 0.2, 0.3 mL per plant) an innovative based on amino acids seaweed extract (Lombrico® ARREL), cucumber ( Cucumis sativus L.) under hydroponic conditions plant growth chamber. results demonstrated that root application promoted development. shoot, there increase height, number leaves, fresh dry weight leaf area compared control. root, volume (66.2, 83.2, 165%), (45.0, 61.0 97.3%) (7.0, 23.0 53.7%) escalating product dose (low, medium high, respectively) Furthermore, length decreased, triggering significant modification system architecture. Transcriptome analysis revelated induced change gene expression. Gene ontology Kyoto Encyclopedia Genes Genomes (KEEG) showed stimulation cell division, biosynthesis remodeling wall, metabolism hormone signal transduction, well activating phenylpropanoid biosynthesis. This benefit integrating uses agriculture management improve development, thereby enhancing crop productivity.
