Chirality plays an important role in the development of many pharmaceuticals, being a general property ‘handedness’; nevertheless, large number pharmaceuticals are still marketed and administered as racemates. is all around even within us; indeed, receptors enzymes chiral entities interact specific manner with drugs. Consequently, controlling enantiomeric purity isolating enantiomers from drugs remains crucial subject for analytical, clinical, regulatory purposes, thus, improving drug safety profile. Abstract Chirality is a universal phenomenon in molecular and biological systems, denoting an asymmetric configurational property where object cannot be superimposed onto its mirror image by any kind of translation or rotation, which ubiquitous on the scale from neutrinos to spiral galaxies. plays very important role life system. The review aims to summarize recent reports of stimuli-responsive nanomaterials based on molecularly imprinted polymers (MIPs) and discuss their applications in biomedicine. In the past few decades, MIPs have been proven show widespread as new molecular recognition materials. development has successfully endowed with not only affinity properties comparable those natural antibodies but also ability respond external stimuli (stimuli-responsive MIPs). this review, we will synthesis MIPs, classification MIP (MIP-NMs), dynamic mechanisms, biomedicine, including bioanalysis diagnosis, biological imaging, drug delivery, disease intervention, others.
