Eucommia ulmoides leaves originate from the dry of plant. Flavonoids are main functional components leaves. Some flavonoids such as rutin, kaempferol and quercetin rich in ulmoides, they have outstanding antioxidant efficacy. However, poor water solubility significantly affects bioavailability flavonoids. In this study, we used a liquid antisolvent precipitation (LAP) method to enrich flavonoid fractions leaves, prepared nanoparticles by LAP increase flavonoids' properties. The technological parameters were optimized Box-Behnken Design (BBD) software displayed follows: (1) total (TFs) concentration: 83 mg mL-1; (2) antisolvent-solvent ratio: 11; (3) deposition temperature: 27 °C. Under optimal processing conditions, purity recovery rate TFs 88.32% ± 2.54% 88.08% 2.13%, respectively. vitro experiments showed that radical scavenging IC50 values for DPPH, ABTS, hydroxyl radicals superoxide anions 16.72 1.07, 10.76 0.13, 227.68 18.23 335.86 15.98 μg mL-1, vivo studies obtained purified (PF) (100, 200, 400 kg-1) treatment is able improve CCl4-induced liver kidney damage through adjusting, dismutase (SOD), catalase (CAT), glutathione (GSH), peroxidase (GSH-Px) malondialdehyde (MDA) levels. These results demonstrated capable extracting with high bioaccessibility.

Abstract Molecularly imprinted polymers (MIPs) were synthesized via the precipitation polymerization technology for specific adsorption of morphine. A number (methacrylic acid, trifluoromethyl acrylic and acrylamide) studied, respectively, as precursor monomers under various synthetic conditions (the imprinting (IP) ratio, cross‐linking (CL) solvent reaction temperature, etc.). The MIP with optimal performance was derived using methacrylic acid (MAA) functional monomer, ethylene glycol dimethacrylate (EGDMA) crosslinker, azobisisobutyronitrile (AIBN) initiator, an IP ratio 1:3 a CL 5:1. This presented maximum morphine capacity 38.24 mg/g (one highest capacities ever reported in literature) at bulk concentration ~230 ppm acetonitrile solution. capacity, selectivity, reusability, well chemical mechanical stabilities confirmed by experiments, instrumental characterization, thermodynamic analysis, proposed mechanisms.
