The increasing awareness of environmental issues and the transition to green analytical chemistry (GAC) have gained popularity among academia industry in recent years. One principles GAC is reduction replacement toxic solvents with more sustainable environmentally friendly ones. This review gives an overview advances applying as alternative traditional organic for peptide protein purification analysis by liquid chromatography (LC) capillary electrophoresis (CE) methods. feasibility using greener LC CE methods demonstrated through several application examples; however, there still plenty room new developments fully realize their potential address existing challenges.
