Abstract Digital transformation, board characteristics, and environmental performance are increasingly important in the field of corporate sustainability. However, despite growing literature on digital there is a paucity that considers characteristics. This paper aims to fill this gap by exploring relationship between transformation from perspective Chinese listed companies 2010 2019 were taken as original data, moderating effect characteristics was tested using model. We find can significantly improve performance. A low willingness showed directors with age diversity, nationality shareholding concentration, political connections. Digital Transformation Strategies, Practices, and Trends: A Large-Scale Retrospective Study Based on Machine Learning

The purpose of this research is to identify the areas interest, topics, and application that reflect nature digital transformation (DT), as well strategies, practices, trends DT. To accomplish this, Latent Dirichlet allocation algorithm, a probabilistic topic modeling technique, was applied 5350 peer-reviewed journal articles on DT published in last ten years, from 2013 2022. analysis resulted discovery 34 topics.
