Abstract
Blockchain
Technology
(BT)
has

potential
to
revolutionize
supply
chain
management
by
providing
transparency,
but
it
also
poses
significant
environmental
and
security
challenges.
BT
consumes
energy

carbon
gases,
affecting
its
adoption
in
Supply
Chains
(SCs).
The

blockchain
networks

sustainability
risks.
