This study proposes an integrated framework for successfully implementing collaboration strategies in supply chain (SC) management using a fuzzy decision-making trial and evaluation laboratory (DEMATEL) multi-criteria (MCDM) approach. The analyses measures the successful possibility of SC implementation small medium enterprises (SMEs). DEMATEL is used to evaluate weight each criterion, MCDM assess possible success rates strategies. result shows that top support commitment, strategic planning, information sharing, goal congruence, organizational compatibility, decision synchronization are major factors responsible SMEs. helps predict effectiveness indicates remedial activities existing collaborative environment by undertaking corrective actions increase success.

In contemporary times, the integration of sustainable practices in supply chain operations constitutes a crucial factor that confers competitive advantages to enterprises. this vein, circular strategies may lead reduction waste and pollution by ensuring resources are used efficiently products designed be reused, recycled, or repurposed. customers becoming more environmentally conscious increasingly seeking services produced sustainably, demand transparency accountability from companies they purchase from. By implementing practices, can demonstrate their commitment sustainability build positive reputation with customers. The main purpose research is analyze major contributions made field chain, both general approach customers' perspective (authors, affiliations, countries), as well areas analyzed papers fields, intellectual structure. Data were extracted Web Science database using bibliometric techniques, particularly Bibliometrix® software its version 4.2.1. results show these fields have increased importance over time, especially last seven years, trends directed towards implementation new technologies favor circularity chain. Purpose In the face of frequent supply chain disruptions, this study aims to identify relationships between human capital (HC), digital practice (DSCP) and robustness resilience (i.e. SCRO SCRE). Design/methodology/approach To examine proposed conceptual model based on resource-based view organizational information processing theory, an empirical was conducted using a sample Chinese manufacturers. Hierarchical regression is applied understand direct effect, mediating effect moderating among HC, DSCP, SCRO, SCRE culture. Findings The results reveal that HC positively influences maturity resilience. DSCP affects both SCRE. However, does not significantly influence adoption tools, only employees’ has positive relationship with SCRO. addition, culture examined. Originality/value As early exploration SCRE, enriches literature by offering new insights responding call for more research theoretical application. It emphasizes importance as strategic resources highlights need implement DSCP.
