This
study
proposes
an
integrated
framework
for
successfully
implementing
collaboration
strategies

chain
(SC)
management
using
a
fuzzy
decision-making
trial
and
evaluation
laboratory
(DEMATEL)
multi-criteria
(MCDM)
approach.

(AI)
techniques

influencing
economic
and
societal
dynamics,

Purpose
In
the
face
of
frequent
supply
chain
disruptions,
this
study
aims
to
identify
relationships
between
human
capital
(HC),
digital
practice
(DSCP)
and
robustness
resilience
(i.e.
SCRO
SCRE).
Design/methodology/approach

examine
proposed
conceptual
model
based
on
resource-based
view
organizational
information
processing
theory,
an
empirical

a
