Dynamic

Allocation
Problem
(DBAP)
is
an
essential
problem
in
container
terminal
operations.
Most
studies
focus
on
discrete
or
continuous
berths
DBAP.
However,
affected
by
the
geographical
conditions,
mixture
of

schedule
for

verify
effectiveness

HBRS

it

To
ensure
the
stable
and
safe
operations,
this
paper
presents
a
modeling
framework
of
dynamic
risk
monitoring
for
chemical
processes.

underground
logistics
system
