To address the challenge of reducing carbon emissions in automotive industry, new energy vehicles (NEVs) have emerged, leading to an increase number discarded vehicles. Utilising internet technology for recycling not only helps manage and enhance enterprise efficiency but also meets government environmental requirements. Therefore, this study explores impact intervention on green supply chain dual channels NEVs proposes Improved Multi-Objective Deep Reinforcement Learning Algorithm (IMDRL) handle complex issues. The study's conclusions include: (1) combination multiple can reduce costs while improving return investment big data. (2) IMDRL algorithm dynamically adjust remanufacturing strategies achieve optimal solutions. Purpose Industry chain risk prevails among node enterprises, seriously affecting the chain’s overall stability. This study investigates stability of industry network from a transmission perspective to determine effective control strategies address potential in and ensure stable development network. By incorporating novel perspectives advanced tools, we propose that provide scientific decision-making support for managers. Design/methodology/approach To seek more strategies, this constructs an improved SEIRDS model by introducing market elimination rate enterprise entry rate. The divides enterprises into five states (S, E, I, R D) simulate process. Corresponding are then proposed, their effects under state analyzed reference management. Findings results show will lead eventually converging two states: risky risk-free Recovered with resilience ultimately become main group.
