The management of end-of-life vehicles (ELVs) has become a significant environmental and economic challenge due to the substantial volumes hazardous waste generated. This article analyses sustainable practices in ELV across Europe, with focus on contributions circular economy. systematic literature review, conducted for articles published period 2016-2024, identifies five topics: (1) policy regulatory frameworks evaluations suggestions; (2) benefits through optimization modelling; (3) trends performances analysis; (4) advanced treatment technologies their impact (5) impacts assessments. findings highlight importance state-of-the-art recycling processes coordinated stakeholder efforts improving outcomes. In addition, correlation between ELVs gross domestic product (GDP) was analysed. Data analysis 27 European countries 2016-2021 shows moderate correlation. Specifically, stronger economies tend produce more ELVs, distinguishing two clusters when GDP is 35,000 € per capita. By adopting best innovative approaches, can enhance systems, support economy development. work highlights possible capita rates Union, identification clusters, critical role that play sustainability.

Purpose This study aims to examine the impact of supply chain digitalization (SCD) on performance (SCP) with integration agility (SCA) and resilience (SCR) in manufacturing firms. Additionally, it investigates moderating role environmental dynamism (ED) these relationships context Design/methodology/approach A quantitative research design was employed, utilizing a structured questionnaire collect data. The sample consisted 374 valid responses from various managerial levels within firms Jordan. purposive sampling technique used ensure that participants had relevant expertise management. data were analyzed using structural equation modeling (SEM) through Smart PLS software test proposed hypotheses. Findings found SCD positively impacts SCP by enhancing both SCA SCR. Digital technologies shown improve visibility, speed decision-making resource efficiency, which are essential for maintaining under uncertain conditions. Furthermore, ED significantly moderates relationship between SCP, indicating benefits SCR more pronounced highly dynamic environments. Originality/value contributes literature offering an investigation influencing SCA, ultimately It also sheds light effect ED, providing deeper understanding conditions digital transformation chains is most beneficial. based three theoretical foundations: resource-based view (RBV), capabilities theory (DCT) contingency (CT).

Опубликована: Апрель 15, 2025

Purpose This study examined how digital voice of the customer (DVoC) adoption influences satisfaction (CS) and firm performance in Jordan’s banking telecommunications sectors, while also assessing whether trust technology moderates DVoC–satisfaction relationship. Design/methodology/approach cross-sectional targeted 387 service managers representatives Jordanian banks firms through judgmental sampling. Structured questionnaires captured respondents use DVoC tools to address issues, integrate feedback, observe changes or loyalty. Participants included call center managers, feedback analytics teams, support supervisors, whose direct roles handling data offered valuable insights. The employed partial least square structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) for rigorous analysis. Findings Results revealed that significantly increased CS, with real-time journey mapping (CJ), actionable insights automated response mechanisms (AR) being particularly influential. In contrast, sentiment analysis (SA) omni-channel integration did not show a notable effect this context. Customer (CT) emerged as an important moderator, strengthening positive impact on satisfaction. Additionally, heightened CS was associated improved outcomes. Research limitations/implications reliance sampling design limits generalizability causal inferences. However, findings offer sector-specific can inform strategic initiatives similar environments. Originality/value By highlighting which components most effectively drive satisfaction, demonstrating moderating role CT technology, contributes novel literature. It integrates service-dominant logic (SDL) stakeholder theory perspectives, underscoring value co-creation customers viewed critical stakeholders enhance competitive markets.
